     On November 22, 2008 I had a water damage loss in my home.  Upon recommendation of our local State Farm Agent, Mr. Brandon Moore of Chelsea Restoration was contracted to deal with correcting these damages. 

     Mr. Moore responded very promptly and was very efficient in restoring the area to its original condition.  He was in constant contact with us, gave us deadlines when repairs would be completed and met those deadlines.

     My wife and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your crew for a “job well done” on our recent bedroom repair / restoration.   As you remember the water and structural damage from the leaking AC Unit was substantial.  Marti and I were horrified to see the water and insulation leak through our ceiling and collect on our furniture, bedding, and hardwood floor.  You and your workers were on site within hours of our call.  You answered our questions, outlined the repairs, and began work immediately.  You conducted yourself in a highly professional manner.

     Our bedroom area has been returned to its beautiful pre-damaged condition.  Marti and I are extremely pleased with the ceiling repair, crown molding, insulation, and paint job.
